THE UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLES
AND
NATURAL HEALING

THE QUESTIONS REMAIN THE SAME:
Have you ever gotten a headache?  Had trouble sleeping?  How about pain in your back, shoulder or legs?  Are you ever stressed?  Wouldn’t it be nice to have more energy and feel healthier?  Why not take the time to learn about how nature has provided us with tools to fix our own aches and pains without having to rely on pills or the expense of going to a doctor? Nature has provided a map that can lead to feeling better.

In this workshop Dr. Bob will describe the 6 Principles of life that we can use like a map to help ourselves and others feel better.  After learning about the 6 Principles and how they work we will spend most of our time having fun while applying the principles to down-to-earth and practical strategies for improving our health.

ON OUR MAP OF FEELING BETTER WE WILL FOLLOW THE ROAD OF:

>gender>causation>correspondence>rhythm>polarity>and>vibration>

BE VERY CURIOUS AND…

FACING THE DARKNESS
OF
SAD

Are you one of the millions of people who suffer depression during a certain season of the year?  If you are you may be suffering from SAD or Seasonal Affective Disorder.

Fall and winter are the SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) seasons.  Winter months in Alaska are especially notorious for their loss of day light, gloomy gray skies and fowl weather of all kinds. During these months of the year depressing thoughts and dark feelings can overwhelm us.  It is especially difficult to experience sadness or depression when we are expected to be and act happy during holiday activities.  Would you like to find out what we can do about SAD?  Join Dr. Bob for a light-hearted look at SAD and find out what we can do for ourselves now.

FACING THE DARKNESS:
A LIGHT-HEARTED WORKSHOP

During this workshop we will shed some light on:

  • What is Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)?
  • How do I know if I have it (signs and symptoms)?
  • I’m SAD, what am I doing wrong?
  • What causes SAD?
  • Can I give myself a SAD test?
  • There’s gotta be treatments, right?
  • Can I take a pill?
  • How do I help myself naturally?
  • What is it medical doctors won’t ask?
  • I need more information, where can I get it?
