12th Annual Subsistence Memorial Gathering
Dear Vendor/Exhibitor,
Chugach Regional Resources Commission is now accepting arts/craft vendor and exhibitor applications for the upcoming Subsistence Memorial Gathering.
This event will take place at the ChangePoint Church located at 6689 ChangePoint Drive (Intersection of Minnesota & Raspberry) in Anchorage, Alaska and will be open for set up on Friday, March 26th at 9:00 am. Vendors must be ready to open for business at 1:00 pm. The events of the day will begin at 1:00 pm and performances are scheduled to go until 9:00 pm. You are welcome to keep your area set up through dinner, however, please remember that you are responsible for the items in your area. CRRC and ChangePoint will not be liable for any damaged or stolen property.
Vendor and exhibitor applications must be received by CRRC by Monday, March 22, 2010. The vendor/exhibitor booth charge for this event is $35 and is payable upon submission of your application. Arts/crafts vendors may donate an item valued at least $35 to our silent auction in lieu of the fee. These funds will be used to defray the cost of the event. All vendors and exhibitors are responsible for providing the necessary gear or equipment to set up their respective areas (i.e. extension cords, tape, etc.). Please note that fire extinguishers are required for each vendor/exhibitor using electrical or heat sources in their respective areas.
