The Ilanka Community Health Center at 508 Chase Avenue.

The Ilanka Community Health Center opened in 2000 as a small tribal clinic staffed by a Physician Assistant and an administrative person. Volume at the clinic grew steadily; non-beneficiaries soon became part of the patient mix and additional providers and support staff were added. We are now a comprehensive primary care clinic located in newly renovated space.

In May 2005, Ilanka was awarded on-going federal §330 Community Health Center grant funding. Ilanka uses those grant monies to expand services and to ensure that all patients are seen, regardless of ability to pay.
